Your path after importing
This is a walkthrough for the product. The page describes the case; calculations and business actions run inside your DataFocus project.
Open the production panel from the guide and select line 10 of SO-000001. Inspect BOM, eligible stock, purchase commitments and workshop capacity.
Run analysis first and inspect feasible quantity, batch schedules and shortage evidence. The current algorithm handles one order without BOM scrap allowances; it is not global multi-order optimization.
Change quantity or the required date in the order source. Confirm the old recommendation cannot be approved and regenerate it using stock less reservations, next-day purchase availability and daily capacity.
Generating a recommendation does not write a formal schedule. Approval requires current permissions, unchanged evidence and full order coverage. Then inspect the formal plan, schedule, shortage alerts and source citations.
