DataFocus was previously known for search-driven analytics that let business people explore data in natural language. The new version hands that understanding of business meaning to the enterprise itself, and opens it to different agents under the enterprise’s own permissions.

Two distributions

OT Flash and OT Heavy provide two self-hosted deployment paths. See the download page for versions, requirements and availability. Existing cloud services remain available through their original console and account, order and licensing systems.

Consultation and technical support

Start from a case page to carry the selected case and adaptation questions into your inquiry. Use the community for general questions and private tickets for non-public information. Include your product version, case ID and specific question so support staff can follow up.
