Blog visit statistics
The blog records article views, referral categories and reading time while the page is visible to evaluate content. Unique visitors are estimated using a keyed hash of network address and browser information. Analytics records do not retain the original address or browser identifier and do not set visitor tracking cookies. Authorized publishing tools for the article’s brand can read aggregate statistics.
Browsing cases and interactive demos
Cases use synthetic business data. S1–S4 interactive demo state stays in page memory; copied content goes to your clipboard. Browsing cases and downloading available files require no registration and do not connect to your business data.
Accounts, public questions and private tickets
Accounts use the existing account service. Community questions and replies are public; private tickets are accessible to their submitter and authorized support staff. Remove passwords, keys, customer personal information and unrelated production data before submitting. Availability is shown at each service entry.
How support information is used
Ticket content is used to address your request and is accessible only to authorized support staff. The website does not automatically send ticket content to external AI services or publish private content in the community.
Access records and data requests
The hosting server may record request paths, times and response status to diagnose page and download failures. Pages contain no third-party analytics scripts. Use a private support ticket to ask about access, correction, deletion or retention of account and ticket data.
